Sponge cake recipe
Ingredients:
- a yoghurt (the yoghurt pot will be guide to measure all the other ingredients)
- 1 pot of sunflower oil
- 2 pots of flour
- 2 pots of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 16 gr of baking powder
- lemon zest
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 180º C
- Mix all the ingredients
- Put into a lined or non-stick sponge tin
- Put into the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes (it is important that the oven is well heated)
