Happy birthday!!!!!

 Here it is!!!!! The rest of it, as I promised!!!!

Do you like it? I have to say we had two different parties, one for friends and the other one for family, so we had to make everything twice! (Not on the same day, one on Saturday and the other on Sunday). That's why you'll see that in one picture the tablecloth is white and blue and in some other pictures it is purple.

We had such a great time (so did our friends and family and of course our baby girl!!!!).

Sponge cake

Sponge cake recipe

Ingredients:

• a yoghurt (the yoghurt pot will be guide to measure all the other ingredients)
• 1 pot of sunflower oil
• 2 pots of flour
• 2 pots of sugar
• 3 eggs
• 16 gr of baking powder 
• lemon zest

Preparation:

• Preheat oven to 180º C 
• Mix all the ingredients 
• Put into a lined or non-stick sponge tin
• Put into the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes (it is important that the oven is well heated)
